Rosemary Lemon Chicken Grilled

Bahan-bahan ( 4 org makan )

  • 1 ekor ayam sederhana
  • 2 biji lemon
  • 3 sudu rosemarry (kering,blh dibeli dikedai)
  • 3 ulas bawang putih
  • 3 sudu minyak zaitun (olive oil)
  • sedikit garam

Cara-cara

  1. Lemon direbus sehingga lembut kulitnya.
  2. Selepas itu ambil lemon yang direbus tadi cucuk cucuk kan dengan garfu dan sumbatkan lemon tersebut didalam ayam tadi.
  3. Bawang putih ditumbuk bersama rosemarry sehingga lumat.
  4. Gaulkan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi dengan minyak zaitun dan sedikit garam.
  5. Lumurkan bahan yg digaul tadi pada ayam dan biarkan selama 15 minit sebelum dibakar
  6. Bakar dalam oven selama 1 jam atau sehingga ayam masak.

Rosemary Lemon Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, thoroughly blend together the butter, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour 1/3 of blended mixture into a small bowl for marinade. Cover remaining mixture, and set aside.
  2. Lightly season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Rub chicken breasts with the marinade mixture. Place chicken breasts on a platter, cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Pour half of the reserved rosemary and lemon mixture into a bowl for basting. Cover remaining mixture, and set aside for topping cooked chicken.
  4. Grill chicken breasts 4 minutes on each side, basting with rosemary and lemon basting mixture. Remove chicken breasts from grill, and top with small scoops of the remaining topping mixture.

kuah dia pulak ke?huhuu,bila pas hng bkar ayam tu,ade bekas minyak kat aym tu kan.ambil periuk kcil,letak butter,pas2 bekas minyam aym yg bkar td,nthen amik acetto balsamico,pas2 letak kiub pati ayam n kacau2 hingga pekat.then hidang la kat ayam.ade fahm?
